Independent guidance for important analytics decisions

Senior business judgment, current technical depth, and no platform agenda.I help executives and their internal teams evaluate analytics platforms, AI initiatives, data programs, and implementation proposals before making a major commitment.

An experienced perspective from the buyer’s side

I have selected platforms, approved investments, led analytics and non-analytics organizations, and worked directly with modern data and BI technology. I have also served in senior operating roles, including VP of E-commerce, Marketing, and Product.I do not resell software or receive vendor commissions. My role is to help determine what the organization needs, what the proposed investment will realistically accomplish, and whether a simpler path would work.

Working with—not around—your internal team

Internal analytics and IT teams often understand the technical environment better than anyone. The challenge is turning that knowledge into a clear executive decision while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, cost, risk, and organizational readiness.I work collaboratively with internal teams to test assumptions, clarify tradeoffs, challenge vendor claims, and develop a recommendation that both leadership and the people responsible for implementation can support.

Business and technical fluency

My work spans financial planning, product and customer analytics, executive decision support, and alignment across go-to-market teams.I also remain hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, dbt, AWS, Redshift, semantic modeling, and AI-assisted workflows. That allows me to move from the executive question into the technical details—and return with a practical recommendation.

Get an independent view before you commit

An engagement can begin with one decision, a focused review, and a concise recommendation. It does not need to become a large consulting program.
